Davis fall
Magnificent places to visit in Pokhara. This beautiful waterfall is only about 2 km from Pokhara airport. The main source of this waterfall is Lake Phewa. The name of this waterfall is derived from a very unfortunate incident, a woman drowned and died on the waterfall and her name is ‘Davi’. The mystery of this fall is that what attracts the most tourists is that the water does not flow into the river or the lagoon but becomes a pitch-black hole that disappears in the caves.
Jangchub Choeling Gompa Monastery
This monastery is located in the Tibetan refugee settlement in Pokhara and was built as a center of Buddhist services and rituals. The Dalai Lama gave this place a name and this beautiful structure has its own history to tell. Built-in the Tibetan style, this monastery hall is breathtaking and used for prayer ceremonies. The main highlight of this place is a 7-meter long bronze and gilded Buddha statue surrounded by 1000 miniatures of Buddha.
Pokhara Shanti Stupa Temple
